Mickey
Goodman's Biography
Mickey Goodman is an award-winning freelance writer with more than 500 bylined articles in Reuters International, People, Veranda, Pink Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, Southern Living, Atlanta Magazine, Atlanta Style & Design, Points North and others.
In 2007, she received a third place award from the National Association of Press Women for a series of articles on child sexual exploitation in Reuters International and Pink Magazine. In 2006, she received first place awards for investigative reporting from the National Association of Press Women and Alabama Media Professionals for “You Ain’t Been Down My Street,” in Atlanta Magazine.
She is a member of The American Society of Journalists and Authors (ASJA), The National Association of Press Women (NFPW), Alabama Media Professionals (AMP) and the Atlanta Press Club (APC).
